Melissa McInerney is a co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Creative Officer at tbk. In her over decade-tenure at tbk, she has overseen over 200 website, web app, and e-commerce development projects. She’s a past judge of the Canadian Marketing Association’s CMA Awards and is an investor and advisor to other start-ups including AODA Online and Go Fog It.
Andre LeFort is a Principal and Vice President, Technology, at tbk. With a software engineering degree from Western University, Andre oversees tbk’s development team ensuring that the websites and software that tbk builds meet, and exceed industry standards. Prior to tbk, Andre was a senior programmer at 3M Canada for seven years. Andre has served as tbk’s VP of Technology for over eight years.
Kylie Maisonneuve is a Principal and Director of Accounts at tbk. Kylie oversees tbk’s account management team and the operational deliverance of tbk’s digital marketing services. Kylie is tbk’s most tenured accounts professional having served at tbk for over seven years and has devoutly advised brands such as Jiffy Lube Ontario (60 stores), Oxford Learning (120+ locations) and Extendicare Canada Inc. (30,000+ employees).
