tbk’s Molly Fund was created in 2019 to support staff members with large, unexpected veterinary bills—and help pet lovers in our community, too.
Years ago, our CEO’s dog, Molly, irreparably fractured her leg. The amputation was expensive, adding to the stress of the injury. With financial help, Molly received the surgery and went on to live a long, mobile, and happy life. The Molly Fund exists so that other families do not need to endure the same situation that Melissa did.
Every year since 2019, tbk has been covering the cost of female students’ first-year tuition in the Interactive Media Design (IMD) program at Fanshawe College . This scholarship is helping educate the next generation of female talent, empowering them to shape what comes next in marketing and software development—and encouraging more women to pursue a career path in technology.
As part of our ongoing commitment to kindness, both our CEO and our VP of Technology regularly donate their time to meet with marketers, C-suite executives, and business owners. These small group CoLab sessions are complimentary and confidential, building trust within our extended community. CoLab helps people solve pressing problems and connect with like-minded people in a non-intimidating setting.
