Why should vehicle owners waste the limited time they have waiting for the dealership?

With Jiffy Lube®, you can get more done in a day. Vehicle owners can skip waiting weeks for an appointment, skip the waiting room and skip the shuttle service that comes with the experience of choosing the dealership. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jiffy Lube® introduced drive-thru, touchless oil change services in addition to the other common reasons why one would choose the convenience of a quick lube shop (no-appointment, warranty-approved services, very quick, etc.).

In partnership with Jiffy Lube® Ontario, tbk envisioned a world where consumers choose the convenience of a quick lube shop over the subpar experience of a dealership.

And alas – the Skip the Dealership campaign was born.

It’s not just about a website, although we wanted a website that was modern, responsive and would work on the multiple devices that consumers use to find our company. tbk helped us map out the strategy, vision and objectives of our project. Our website, as they described, was the ‘wheel’ and the digital tactics that would be used to connect to consumers are the ‘spokes,’ which simplified our focus and gave us confidence that our online presence would be what we were looking for.
