Hey, I’m Melissa. At tbk, we don’t just deliver “standard” digital work – we build industry-leading SEO and analytics programs that truly move the needle for our clients. As our next SEO Analyst, you’ll be on the front lines of that mission. You’ll dig into data daily, uncover insights, and collaborate across copywriting, design, development, and paid channels to ensure every client ranks higher, drives more qualified traffic, and measures success end-to-end using best-in-class tools.
You’re driven by data, but not for data’s sake—you get genuinely excited when you can translate numbers into real‐world impact. Every report you build, every dashboard you craft, tells a story: traffic isn’t just pixels on a screen, it’s people discovering a client’s brand for the first time. You thrive on the daily pulse of an agency environment—managing several client projects at once, juggling quick “status” updates with deep‐dive strategy sessions, and collaborating closely with content writers, designers, and developers. You’ll own the full cycle: from audit to execution to reporting, constantly iterating based on what the data reveals.
To apply, please submit:
1. Your resume with a SEO-focused portfolio or case studies that demonstrate measurable results (e.g., keyword ranking improvements, traffic growth, or technical fixes).
2. A one-page cover letter (PDF) that outlines your proudest SEO/analytics achievement, the tools you used, and the specific impact you delivered.
tbk builds and maintains enterprise-ready platforms and sophisticated marketing programs that lead brands to their next. Our award-winning, full-service agency creates industry-leading websites, revenue-generating marketing strategies, and custom software solutions to help businesses successfully compete and grow.
