As a growing family-run business, we were the first in Canada to offer an online “build & quote” tool, and an upgraded version of this tool is set to launch next year. We’re looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and help us deepen connections with our audience, drive growth, and elevate our brand.
About the Role
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll own and drive Bluewater Trailers’ marketing initiatives in a role day-to-day onsite collaboration. This position is ideal for a versatile marketing professional with 10+ years of experience eager to make a meaningful impact. With the support of an agency for strategic guidance, you’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, develop strategies for both B2B and B2C markets, create engaging content, and present performance insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Lead cross-channel advertising campaigns to drive leads and expand brand visibility.
- Social Media Management: Engage with our community; develop and manage content, including video production and editing.
- Email Marketing: Design targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.
- B2B & B2C Strategy Development: Tailor marketing strategies to reach niche markets, such as lawn maintenance businesses.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio to share key insights with senior leadership.
- Messaging & Copywriting: Develop messaging that resonates across B2B and B2C segments.
- SEO & Website Maintenance: Manage onsite SEO, optimize the website, and enhance the user experience.
Technical Skills
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio
- Advertising Platforms: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads
- SEO: Onsite SEO strategy and optimization
- Content Management: Familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress
- Email Marketing: Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Social Media & Video Tools: Experience with organic social media management, video creation, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva)
About You
- Experience: 10+ years in a marketing role, ideally with agency or in-house experience.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in analytics, reporting, and performance presentations.
- Creative & Strategic: Skilled in designing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work on-site: This role is 100% on-site, five days per week
