tbk Creative, on behalf of Fuzion Flooring, is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead efforts in enhancing and managing Fuzion’s online presence. As the Marketing Manager at Fuzion Flooring, you will lead efforts to enhance and manage Fuzion’s online presence, ensuring that every customer touchpoint is optimized for engagement and conversion. This role is designed for a seasoned marketing professional with 7+ years of experience, who thrives in a hybrid environment combining remote work with onsite collaboration.
Your primary focus will be on creating a strong and compelling digital presence for Fuzion’s products. This includes driving SEO strategy, managing online reviews, optimizing web content, and supporting e-commerce initiatives to elevate the Fuzion brand in the B2C space. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team and strategic partners to execute multi-channel campaigns that enhance Fuzion’s visibility, build brand trust, and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with Strategic Marketing Partner (SMP): Act as the primary point of contact with Fuzion Flooring’s SMP to collaborate on B2C strategies. Leverage their expertise in areas such as digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing to effectively plan and execute campaigns. Work closely to ensure seamless alignment between external strategic initiatives and in-house execution, driving optimal results for Fuzion’s marketing goals.
- Website Management – Maintain and update website content to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging information. Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize the user experience, manage product pages, and implement enhancements to support SEO and conversion goals.
- Digital Marketing: Lead cross-channel advertising campaigns to drive leads and expand brand visibility.
- Social Media Management: Engage with our community; develop and manage content, including video production and editing.
- Email Marketing: Design targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.
- B2C Strategy Execution: Execute marketing strategies to target niche B2C audiences, including homeowners, interior designers, and small businesses in industries aligned with flooring needs. Focus on creating compelling, audience-specific messaging and campaigns that highlight Fuzion Flooring’s quality, durability, and design versatility. Collaborate on copywriting, visuals, and multi-channel strategies to position Fuzion Flooring as the go-to choice for residential and commercial flooring solutions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain dashboards in Looker Studio to share key insights with senior leadership.
- Messaging & Copywriting: Develop and refine brand messaging that aligns with Fuzion Flooring’s voice, ensuring it resonates with key B2C audiences and supports consistent branding across all channels.
- SEO & Website Maintenance: Manage onsite SEO, optimize the website, and enhance the user experience.
Technical Skills
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio
- SEO: Onsite SEO strategy and optimization
- Content Management: Familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress
- Email Marketing: Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Social Media & Video Tools: Experience with organic social media management, video creation, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva)
- Content Writing: Skilled in crafting compelling and strategic content for all B2C marketing efforts, including website copy, blog articles, email campaigns, social media posts, and digital ads. Skilled in aligning content with brand messaging and audience needs while incorporating SEO best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Partnership Management: Skilled in leveraging partnerships and influencer relationships across the right marketing channels to maximize their impact. Proficient in integrating partner-generated content into multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with Fuzion Flooring’s brand goals and optimizing audience reach through strategic placement.
About You
- Experience: 7+ years in a marketing role, ideally with agency or in-house experience.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in analytics, reporting, and performance presentations.
- Creative & Strategic: Skilled in designing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
