Our client is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to support their marketing efforts and help drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for a diverse portfolio of brands, including some of the nation’s most established companies.

The ideal candidate will have solid marketing experience and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and tactics. As the Junior Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our agency and internal teams to coordinate and complete marketing deliverables, ensuring all initiatives align with strategic objectives and timelines.

This is your chance to take the lead in managing digital advertising and marketing strategies for a range of exciting clients. You will work with senior leadership and agency partners to deliver exceptional results, optimizing budgets for the most effective channels and ensuring campaigns reach their target audiences.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring our client meets their KPIs and business goals by collaborating with their internal teams and our agency. If goals aren’t met, you will work with both groups to create and implement new strategies and plans to achieve these metrics.
  • Coordinating and leading client meetings, presenting reports, recommendations, and strategies on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Assisting with the production, accuracy, and delivery of marketing reports and presentations by conducting thorough reviews and final approvals in collaboration with our agency.
  • Monitoring advertising health checks on active accounts and coordinating with the digital team at our agency to implement necessary adjustments.
  • Reviewing digital production budgets, working with account representatives to address overages, and ensuring billable targets are achieved.
  • Approving and reviewing media budgets and pacing to ensure no overages or misspends across the client’s advertising accounts.
  • Planning and launching new marketing campaigns in partnership with our agency to achieve client objectives.
  • Optimizing and managing ongoing marketing campaigns to ensure they align with program KPIs, including delivering marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with our agency to create and implement new workflows and processes that mitigate risk, improve efficiency, and enhance quality.

Requirements

Applicants should have the following skills and experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Successful completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field (marketing, digital marketing, business).
  • Expert knowledge in Digital Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Web Analytics, Email Marketing, Social Marketing, SMS Marketing, Content Marketing, and Print/Outdoor Advertising.
  • Expert knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Office 365’s suite of software.
  • Strong ability to problem solves, plan, strategize and support the client in achieving KPIs and goals.
  • Strong ability to listen, understand, problem-solve, plan, strategize, and deliver meaningful digital and creative solutions to clients.
  • A natural leader with a strong ability to motivate, mentor, and lead meetings.
  • Strong understanding of business goals and issues businesses face in their day-to-day operations.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
